Richard Grabinski is appointed President, FD – USA
Richard will continue leading the transformation of the company, with a focus on diversifying the project portfolio by winning the right work, strengthening the company’s position in existing markets, and expanding into high-growth sectors. He will help position FlatironDragados for sustained, predictable growth while enhancing the resilience and long-term value of the business.
Dale Nelson is appointed Chief Operating Officer, FD – USA
Dale will lead operational performance across FD – USA, driving greater consistency, discipline and alignment. His focus will be on strengthening operational excellence, improving the predictability of project outcomes, and leveraging the full capabilities of the organization to deliver safe, high-quality projects for clients.
Mirsad Hairlahovic is appointed President, FD – Canada
Mirsad will lead FD – Canada with full responsibility for the company's operational and financial performance while advancing a strategy focused on disciplined execution, portfolio diversification and sustainable growth. Building on FlatironDragados' strong position in the Canadian market, he will further strengthen client relationships and expand our presence in strategic sectors.
Rafael de la Barreda is appointed Executive Vice President, Preconstruction & West Operations, FD – Canada
Rafael will be responsible for leading the Preconstruction and Business Development function in Canada while expanding his leadership to include operational performance for western FD – Canada. By strengthening the connection between preconstruction and project delivery, he will enhance execution and improve the predictability of outcomes.
