Santiago brings to his role more than 25 years of experience in construction and infrastructure concessions at both national and international levels. His professional background encompasses leadership roles across various sectors, including civil works, geotechnical engineering and infrastructure concessions. 

Throughout his tenure, Santiago has emphasized innovation, operational efficiency, and client-focused solutions, fostering a culture of excellence and sustainable project delivery. He has managed complex, high-profile projects involving infrastructure development, construction management and operational oversight. His strategic direction has led Dragados to continuously expand its portfolio and enhance its leadership. 

Santiago holds a Master´s degree in Civil Engineering and began his career at INYPSA (Informes y Proyectos S.A.) before joining Grupo ACS in 2000.

Ángel has broad and extensive experience across the ACS Group. After joining the company in 1995, he worked at the corporate level and focused on infrastructure and telecom projects, before moving to leadership positions throughout the group. 

He was a team member in the financial transactions related to Thiess and ABERTIS and is a member of ABERTIS Holdco Board of Directors. Angel served as the HOCHTIEF Head of Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions and at CIMIC, Chief Development Officer and then Chief Financial Officer. At Iridium, he held several CFO roles in Spain and North America. 

Ángel has a PhD in Applied Economy from the University of Malaga.

Ramón is a highly experienced civil engineer with a distinguished career extending over three decades in the construction industry. During his 16 years at Dragados, he excelled as a pavement expert in construction and technical management. He then spent 17 years at Iridium, serving as Technical Director and Chief Operating Officer in North America. Currently, Ramón is the Chief Risk Officer at ACS Group, where he focuses on identifying and mitigating risks to ensure the company's stability and compliance.

Marta has been with Dragados S.A. for more than 14 years, progressing through key financial leadership roles. She’s currently responsible for the Administration and FP&A, Tax, Finance and Systems Departments. She has extensive experience in audit, tax, accounting, internal control process, FP&A and corporate governance. 

Prior to her career with ACS Group, she was General Director of Planning and Finance at Correos, one the largest public companies in Spain, and an Audit Senior Manager at KPMG Auditores. 

Marta holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration with specialization in Finance and Auditing from Complutense University of Madrid, where she also completed doctoral courses in Economic and Monetary Policy. Her academic background also includes law courses.

Andrew is Chief Executive Officer of Clark Builders and an experienced construction leader whose career spans frontline operations, corporate development, strategy and governance. After beginning in the industry as a labourer, he developed a broad perspective on construction from project delivery through executive leadership.

Since rejoining Clark Builders in 2011, Andrew has held progressively senior roles, serving as President from 2018 to 2022 before becoming CEO. His leadership emphasizes strong relationships, people development, opportunity creation and a balanced, long-term approach to complex business environments.

Andrew chairs the Board of Cardel Homes, serves as a Director of Clark Builders and advises Guardian Chemicals. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and the Competent Boards GCB.D designation in ESG and governance.

Amit is Senior Vice President with Turner Construction Company, leading operations across the Pacific Northwest. With more than 20 years of experience, he focuses on operational excellence, strategic growth, client relationships and high-performing teams.

Amit joined Turner in Seattle in 2005, building expertise in project delivery and client management across complex projects. After returning to Vancouver in 2011, he helped establish and grow Turner’s British Columbia operations. He advanced through roles including Senior Project Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager and Vice President.

Amit holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Certificate in Organizational Coaching from the University of British Columbia. His honors include Business in Vancouver’s Forty Under 40 and the VRCA U40 Excellence in Construction Award.
