Santiago Garcia Salvador

CEO – Dragados S.A. 

Santiago brings to his role more than 25 years of experience in construction and infrastructure concessions at both national and international levels. His professional background encompasses leadership roles across various sectors, including civil works, geotechnical engineering and infrastructure concessions. 

Throughout his tenure, Santiago has emphasized innovation, operational efficiency, and client-focused solutions, fostering a culture of excellence and sustainable project delivery. He has managed complex, high-profile projects involving infrastructure development, construction management and operational oversight. His strategic direction has led Dragados to continuously expand its portfolio and enhance its leadership. 

Santiago holds a Master´s degree in Civil Engineering and began his career at INYPSA (Informes y Proyectos S.A.) before joining Grupo ACS in 2000.

Angel Muriel Bernal

COO – HOCHTIEF &  Deputy General Manager to the CEO – ACS

Angel has broad and extensive experience across the ACS Group. After joining the company in 1995, he worked at the corporate level and focused on infrastructure and telecom projects, before moving to leadership positions throughout the group. 

He was a team member in the financial transactions related to Thiess and ABERTIS and is a member of ABERTIS Holdco Board of Directors. Angel served as the HOCHTIEF Head of Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions and at CIMIC, Chief Development Officer and then Chief Financial Officer. At Iridium, he held several CFO roles in Spain and North America. 

Angel has a PhD in Applied Economy from the University of Malaga.

Ramon Villaamil Perez

Chief Risk Officer – ACS Group 

Ramón is a highly experienced civil engineer with a distinguished career extending over three decades in the construction industry. During his 16 years at Dragados, he excelled as a pavement expert in construction and technical management. He then spent 17 years at Iridium, serving as Technical Director and Chief Operating Officer in North America. Currently, Ramón is the Chief Risk Officer at ACS Group, where he focuses on identifying and mitigating risks to ensure the company's stability and compliance.

Christa Andresky

EVP & CFO– Turner and CFO – HOCHTIEF

Christa joined Turner in 2013 as Vice President and Chief Accounting officer. She progressed through positions of Senior Vice President and Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer to her current position. In July 2025, Christa was named to the additional position of Chief Financial Officer of HOCHTIEF.

Prior to joining Turner, Christa held several positions within Harman International, Inc. progressing from an operational internal auditor to Vice President and Corporate Controller responsible for fiscal leadership and cost management for divisions in Europe, U.S. and Asia.

Christa started her accounting career with KPMG in Tampa, Florida. Christa leads Turner's Tax, Finance and Accounting groups companywide, as well as Turner's Risk Management group.

Marta Nogueroles 

CFO – Dragados S.A. 

Marta has been with Dragados S.A. for more than 14 years, progressing through key financial leadership roles. She’s currently responsible for the Administration and FP&A, Tax, Finance and Systems Departments. She has extensive experience in audit, tax, accounting, internal control process, FP&A and corporate governance. 

Prior to her career with ACS Group, she was General Director of Planning and Finance at Correos, one the largest public companies in Spain, and an Audit Senior Manager at KPMG Auditores. 

Marta holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration with specialization in Finance and Auditing from Complutense University of Madrid, where she also completed doctoral courses in Economic and Monetary Policy. Her academic background also includes law courses.
