It’s a project to make travel safer and more efficient in Phoenix and its booming southern suburbs. The I-10 Broadway Curve Improvement Project for the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) will bring many improvements to a busy 11-mile corridor: more general purpose and HOV lanes, bigger interchanges, and several new bridges. Flatiron and its joint venture partners Pulice and FNF are also prioritizing sustainability on the sweeping project. The circular economy (a model of production and consumption which involves sharing, leasing, reusing, repairing, refurbishing, and recycling existing materials and products as long as possible) is top of mind for project management and ADOT.
